John Thomas' Mother's birthday was celebrated across the land as the party culminated in the Ottawa Senators clinching their spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time.
All the cheering was a little much for him. Each time Ottawa scored a goal he would run for Mommy. At the last goal, he warmed up to the cheering, he ran to Mommy and then started smiling and clapping himself. Now he gets excited, claps and tries to repeat us whenever we chant "Go Sens Go!"
